During the century which is rapidly disappearing into the past there have been absolutely incredible advances in technology and products and in how they have been used. The end of the century is unthinkably different from the beginning. During this period of unprecedented invention and development, new ways of thinking had to be considered. Perhaps the most powerful change was in how scientists think about the atom. The old concept (well represented by the drawing of the atom on this page) actually interferes with how an individual must think in order to be effective in that field. It would seem remarkable, even impossible, that psychology could have one hundred years with NO advances. Yet that's the case. Sort of. Because, like the Newtonian atom, the mind set only permits what it does not filter out, all of the revolutions in behavioral science have been hidden and suppressed. No, not by a conspiracy, but by a mind set. There has been a century of advances in behavioral science. See those valuable advances in the Designed Change Process.
As a result of the outrageous claims of the Designed Change Process, and because of its effectiveness, we were funded by the Federal Government to search the literature for research which would back up its claims. We were surprised to discover that everything we had been teaching had been researched and supported by new evidence. We proudly present to you the revolution which has been brewing for a century, the techniques and knowledge which has been neglected. You will find here EXCITING NEW TOOLS which make it easy to have an effect on human behavior - perhaps even the behavior in your organization. The obvious disparity between human intelligence in technology and the horrendous lack of that intelligence in international, social concern, environmental, political, law enforcement, mental illness, educational, welfare, national health, legal, governmental and organizational human behavior is beyond understanding unless viewed through the Designed Change Process. Take advantage of this new view.
Because the hundred years of new advances in behavioral science were suppressed and ignored, the people of the world were left to explore and work out their differences with violent methods. They were left with no effective ways to solve their emotional problems and their behavioral difficulties. Twelve Step programs began to make available new methods for personal change. These have given new life to thousands. Here is more on how the material presented in the Designed Change Process came to be, escaped notice and was integrated into the DCP.
